RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At LAKELANDWINECLUB.COM, we specialize in premium wines sourced exclusively from authorized distributors to ensure authenticity, provenance, and quality. Due to the regulated nature of alcohol sales and the sensitivity of wine storage and handling, the following policies strictly apply:

1. Final Sale Upon Shipment

  • All wine purchases become final sale once the order has been processed and released from our store to the shipping carrier.

  • After carrier pickup, orders cannot be canceled, modified, refused, or returned for any reason other than verified damage or shipping error.

  • This policy reflects standard wine trade practices and protects product integrity during transit.

2. No Returns After Shipment

  • Lakelandwineclub.com does not accept returns once an order has been shipped from our facility, regardless of delivery status, change of mind, or customer availability.

  • Refused shipments or failed delivery attempts do not qualify for refunds.

3. Packaging & Product Integrity

  • We do not accept returns of bottles or packages that have been opened, altered, or removed from their original carrier condition.

  • All wines are purchased at the buyer’s risk in accordance with industry standards.

4. Delivery Inspection & Claims

  • Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

  • Any claim for damage, loss, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

  • Claims received after this period may be denied.

5. Authorized Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)

  • Any exception must be approved in writing by Lakelandwineclub.com prior to return.

  • If an unopened package is exceptionally authorized, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • Any exception must be approved in writing by Lakelandwineclub.com prior to return.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection.

  • Banks and credit card providers may require 2–10 additional business days for posting.
